We are an online jewellery supply and crystal shop based out of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We began this business in 2011, and have loved every step of our business!
Our love is for gemstone beads and crystals, finding new beautiful collections that are hard to get, while having them available at affordable prices. We pride ourselves on quality and wouldn't sell something that we wouldn't buy ourselves!
One of our goals was creating an online shopping experience that is as close to a retail shopping as possible. We decided to create a web store that showed the exact crystal and gemstone pieces you'll get on each product page. This makes shopping on our website more affordable and rare crystals more attainable!

Jess is the Owner and Director of the Gem Boutique! Also known as the Tornado! She leaves a bit of chaos and a trail of sparkly crystals wherever she goes. Since she was a kid she has been an entrepreneur!
Jess has always been a business driven creative type. With her extensive background in jewelry design, it has been her dream to build a business around gemstones!
She has made jewelry pieces for Lady Gaga, Jordan Sparks, Adam Lambert, Pamela Anderson, Kelly Rolland, Nelly Furtado & even The Queen Of England!
